Port Bun slow-connect fetch abort matrix

Track the exact upstream test/js/bun/io/fetch/fetch-abort-slow-connect.test.ts corpus in Home.

Scope:

preserve byte identity with the local Bun checkout
make pending connects observe timeout and pre-aborted signals
preserve TimeoutError / AbortError reasons and immediate rejection semantics
add durable corpus-runner regression coverage
pass the exact corpus test and full home_test gate

exact corpus run: 1 file, 3 passed, 0 failed, 0 unsupported, 0 TODO
full gate: ./pantry/.bin/zig build test -Dfilter=home_test --summary failures exited 0

Implemented shared reserved-address pending-connect abort handling, preserved timeout/pre-abort DOMException reasons, default AbortError reasons, and durable exact-corpus regression coverage. The full gate caught and drove a correction to preserve the existing Deno performance clock contract.
