Activate comprehensive Bun SQLite native matrix

Focused child of #66. Activate the byte-identical 1,978-line js/bun/sqlite/sqlite.test.js corpus against Home's real bun:sqlite implementation by removing its adapter todo and routing the exact file through the full native VM. Acceptance: 79 pass / 1 upstream-declared skip / 0 fail / 830 assertions, plus the full home_test gate. Work remains open until the verified commit is pushed.

Removed the obsolete adapter todo and routed the byte-identical 1,978-line js/bun/sqlite/sqlite.test.js file through Home native full VM. Exact acceptance: 79 pass, 1 upstream-declared skip, 0 fail, 830 assertions. Coverage includes constructors, class mapping, safe integers, strict bindings, TypedArrays, serialize/deserialize, transactions, FTS5, lifecycle/disposal, malformed UTF-8, internal hardening, workers, and concurrency. Debug build and ./pantry/.bin/zig build test -Dfilter=home_test --summary failures both exit 0.
