Activate Bun SQLite datetime timezone matrix

Focused child of #66. Activate the byte-identical js/bun/sqlite/sql-timezone.test.js corpus against Home's real bun:sqlite implementation by removing its adapter todo and routing the exact file through the full native VM. Acceptance: 2 pass / 0 fail / 11 assertions, plus the full home_test gate. Work remains open until the verified commit is pushed.

Completed in https://github.com/home-lang/home/commit/5f087ad3ff0719207206bb7fa55e3907aa81dcbb. Removed the obsolete adapter todo and routed the byte-identical js/bun/sqlite/sql-timezone.test.js file through Home native full VM. Exact acceptance: 2 pass, 0 fail, 11 assertions, covering GMT datetime SQL, bound ISO strings, statement expansion, result APIs, parameter count, column names, and disposable handles. Debug build and ./pantry/.bin/zig build test -Dfilter=home_test --summary failures both exit 0.
