Activate Bun SQLite statement column metadata matrix

Focused child of #66. Activate the byte-identical js/bun/sqlite/column-types.test.js corpus against Home's real bun:sqlite implementation by removing its adapter todo and routing the exact file through the full native VM. Acceptance: 9 pass / 0 fail / 39 assertions, plus the full home_test gate. Work remains open until the verified commit is pushed.

Completed in https://github.com/home-lang/home/commit/ce7b10822610b67fa4ab94e68f416d9dde1d896e. Removed the obsolete adapter todo and routed the byte-identical js/bun/sqlite/column-types.test.js file through Home native full VM. Exact acceptance: 9 pass, 0 fail, 39 assertions, covering native.columns, columnsCount, runtime columnTypes, declaredTypes, dynamic values, expressions, NULLs, and pre-execution/write-statement errors. Debug build and ./pantry/.bin/zig build test -Dfilter=home_test --summary failures both exit 0.
