Port Bun TypeScript type-export and standalone compile matrix

Focused child of #66. Activate the byte-identical js/bun/typescript/type-export.test.ts corpus by porting Bun-compatible build CLI option ordering, bundled module-graph standalone executables, quiet successful compile output, and structured CLI diagnostics. Acceptance: exact file 70 pass / 18 upstream skips / 0 fail, plus the full home_test gate. Work remains open until the verified commit is pushed.

Completed in https://github.com/home-lang/home/commit/3558e33376490cdb73ad2d9ebc92be535153e055. Ported Bun-compatible build flag ordering, module-graph bundling for standalone JS/TS executables, silent successful --compile output, recursive absolute output-directory handling, and concise build failure diagnostics without Zig stacks. The byte-identical type-export.test.ts now passes through normal exact-file routing: 70 pass, 18 upstream-declared skips, 0 fail, 196 assertions. Debug build and ./pantry/.bin/zig build test -Dfilter=home_test --summary failures both exit 0.
