Activate Bun jest-each GC-root regression

Track the next focused Bun compatibility tranche from #66.

Scope:

• activate the byte-identical upstream js/bun/test/jest-each-gc-root.test.ts corpus under Home
• preserve test.each, describe.each, and chained .skipIf(false) tables through forced/zombie/continuous GC
• verify all eight generated child tests pass without stale-array failures
• add permanent Home regression coverage and run the full home_test gate

Baseline after removing the stale native-TODO gate is already 1/1 passing; this issue records and protects that capability.

Completed in 71f50c3 (test: activate jest each GC root corpus). The stale native-TODO gate is removed and the byte-identical upstream jest-each-gc-root.test.ts now runs permanently under Home. It verifies test.each, describe.each, and chained .skipIf(false) tables remain rooted across forced zombie/continuous GC, with all eight child tests passing. Validation passed: exact corpus 1/1, focused regression, upstream byte comparison, formatter/diff checks, and full home_test (1090 tests, 1 expected skip, 0 failures).
