Port Bun dots reporter matrices

Track the next focused Bun compatibility tranche from #66.

Scope:

• run the byte-identical upstream js/bun/test/dots.test.ts corpus under Home
• match Bun --dots output for pass/skip/todo/failing cases
• preserve console-output interleaving and unhandled-error code frames across multiple files
• derive reporter fixture output from upstream inline snapshots
• add permanent Home regression coverage and run the full home_test gate

This issue will be closed by the direct-main implementation commit.

Completed in 2030fd2 (feat(test): port dots reporter matrices). The byte-identical upstream dots.test.ts now passes both reporter assertions under Home. This covers compact dot output, pass/skip/todo/failing totals, console-output interleaving across files, and the unhandled-error code frame. Reporter output is derived from the upstream inline snapshots, and permanent aggregate coverage was added. Validation passed: exact corpus 2/2, focused regression, formatter/diff checks, all five upstream byte comparisons, and full home_test (1086 tests, 1 expected skip, 0 failures).
