- Phase 3 (v0.4): libc-suite ≥90% executed tests, shell-suite, coreutils-suite ≥40 utils, pantry-local-install (needs S5)
- Phase 4 (v0.5): virtio-gpu, Craft API frozen v1 + conformance tests, craft-demo 60fps, wm-layouts, terminal emulator, TrueType rasterizer in Home
- Phase 5 (v1.0): iso-install <5min, desktop-parity-suite (theming, launcher, keybinding browser, notifications, control panels, capture, lock screen)
- Phase 6: snapshot-rollback, agent-cli-suite (
home os --json), first-party app suite v1, capability security default-on, HIG published - Phase 7a: x86-64 metal — boots+suspends on ≥2 machines, weekly hardware-in-loop CI (needs S6, S7)
- Phase 7b: Pi 5 — requires compiler A6 + S8 de-stub
- Phase 7c: Apple Silicon — ASPIRATION only, research tier, no dates (R3)
Each phase gets its own tracking issue when entered. Feature freeze (D5) until Phase 3 exit: iot/, ml/, industrial/, gaming, container orchestrator.
