NAS sources: SMB2/3 client and NFSv3 client made real (`net/smb.home`, `net/nfs.home` are 3,000 unrun lines), mount UI, credentials store, read-ahead tuned for 4K streams

Epic: #113 · Milestone: MC8 — Library & services

Tasks

  • SMB2/3: negotiate, session setup (NTLMv2 needs MD4/MD5/HMAC from S5; Kerberos out of scope), tree connect, create/read/close, directory enumeration, credits, large reads (1 MB), signing optional; SMB1 dropped.
  • NFSv3: MOUNT + NFS over TCP, lookup/readdir/read, no locking, AUTH_SYS.
  • VFS integration as mount points under /media/net/<name>; reconnect on failure; sources UI with a network browser (NetBIOS/mDNS discovery) and manual entry; credentials encrypted at rest (S5).
  • Throughput: ≥ 60 MB/s SMB read on the rig from a Mac share; read-ahead sized for 4K HEVC (≥ 12 MB).
  • CI on x86 QEMU with a Samba/NFS server on the host (test infra only).

Acceptance

Plays ref-2160p60-hevc from a NAS without stalls; scan of a network folder works; reconnect after unplugging the cable for 10 s.
