The older real Git/Logsmith fixtures still inherited Bun’s five-second default after the release-rehearsal budget fix. The required main-checkout release suite reproduced a timeout in the preview fixture after 5.085 seconds, with its remaining 36 tests passing.
Apply the same bounded 30-second integration-test budget consistently to every real changelog CLI fixture. Pure string and configuration tests retain their default. All assertions and SDK runtime behavior are unchanged.
Validation: the corrected normal bun run test:release passes all 37 tests with 550 assertions (26.50 seconds). Pickier passed for the changed file. Normal CI is required before merge and tagging.
