Explicit SDK releases could update the root version while leaving public workspace packages on older versions. This keeps Bumpx recursive workspace discovery, registers the Zig and Pantry release manifests through supported additionalFiles, and validates every public version before committing or tagging. All normal release commands use the same validation and guarded changelog path.
Adopts the normally published Bumpx 0.2.23 fix so recursive forced releases update each manifest from its actual previous version. Real CLI fixtures cover explicit and patch releases, mixed old workspace versions, rollback after a required command fails, and rejection of incomplete metadata before Git refs change.
Validation: 12 real CLI release tests passed with 77 assertions. Normal SDK CI 39132787889 is fully green, including generated iOS/Watch and Android compilation, integration, lint, and stock Play software boot/disposal. Native package lifecycle 39132787798 passed on all four PKG/DEB/MSI platforms. The native map runtime is unchanged from the fully verified MapLibre/MapKit implementation merged in #363.
