Summary

Apply Buddy Bot’s generated better-dx patch update to the existing root and SDK development declarations.
Regenerate the shared lockfile without adding separate peer installations.
Keep all published framework peer ranges and native compiler selections unchanged.

Generated manifest bytes match Buddy Bot’s output.
Frozen install, all eight npm archives/13 installed entry points, and root typecheck passed.
747 SDK/mobile tests passed against the verified native binary.
After rebasing onto merged main, all 127 script/harness tests passed (450 assertions).
Lint passes with no errors; existing warnings remain.
The dependency guard’s policy tests and an explicit no-write scanner run passed with Buddy Bot 0.10.5. GitHub metadata rate-limit warnings were retained locally.

This is a development-tooling update, not a release or a framework-major support change.
