Summary

Apply Buddy Bot’s generated Vue development-dependency patch update and regenerate the lockfile.
Preserve the published Vue peer range at ^3.0.0.
Add a real packed-consumer SSR and strict-type regression, including no browser bridge polling during server rendering and independent per-render state.
Register the regression in the package verification command.

Applied manifest matches Buddy Bot’s generated output exactly.
Frozen install, all 8 npm archives/13 external entry points, root typecheck, Pickier, and diff checks passed.
747 SDK/mobile tests passed against the verified native binary.
121 script/harness tests passed; the package regression command passed all 11 tests.

No release or framework-major support change is included.
