React, Vue and Svelte package exports now put the types condition before runtime conditions. This makes declaration resolution explicit and removes the build warning that the previous trailing condition was unreachable. Runtime import, require and Svelte source targets are unchanged.
Validation: clean builds and packed-artifact checks for all eight npm packages, all 13 installed import/type entry points, the external Svelte-condition bundling test, Pickier, and diff checks pass.
