Six published npm packages lacked their built entry points because the release job published a fresh checkout without building the secondary workspaces. The npm job now builds every public package under packages/, packs each one, checks every manifest target against its archive, and imports/type-checks the extracted packages before publishing. CI runs the same gate, and build:all now includes ts-maps through the shared npm build command.
Standalone Android and iOS builds now emit the declarations they advertise; Svelte includes its declared source entry and dependencies. Regression consumers run outside the workspace so local source paths cannot hide missing packaged files.
Validation: the mobile TypeScript consumers and Svelte-condition bundler reproduced failures before the fixes and pass afterward; all seven packaging tests pass; clean builds of all eight packages pass archive verification and 13 installed import/type entry-point checks. Pickier and git diff --check pass for changed files.
Closes #286. Closes #287. Addresses the build/validation defect in #288; publishing corrected versions remains a separate release step.
