Desktop window never recovers from a WebKit content-process crash

If the WebKit content process dies, a desktop craft window goes permanently white: webViewWebContentProcessDidTerminate is not implemented in macos.zig (repo-wide grep: zero hits in any .zig), and there is no didFailProvisionalNavigation/didFail handling either — reload: exists only as a user-triggered menu path.

The iOS template already has the fix: CraftApp.swift:1096-1098 reloads on process termination, plus a bundled-asset fallback on navigation failure (:1100-1114). The desktop shell never got the equivalent.

For long-running apps (stacksjs/harness is a control surface meant to sit open for days) this is the difference between a blip and a dead window. Ask: implement webViewWebContentProcessDidTerminate on the existing navigation delegate with an automatic reload(), ideally with a bounded retry so a reproducible crasher doesn't loop.
